At Rollin’ Down Under, all our products are made to order through our trusted print-on-demand partner, Printify. This means each item is custom-produced only after an order is placed, making every product unique. We strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase, and we are here to help if any issues arise.

Order Issues

As all products are custom-made, returns and exchanges are not supported if you have ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Please double-check the product details, specifications, and sizing before finalizing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing error, we sincerely apologize. For these issues, please contact Printify directly within 30 days of receiving your order. To expedite the process, ensure you have:

  1. Your order number
  2. A brief description of the issue
  3. A clear photo of the defect or damage

Once the issue is confirmed by Printify, you will be eligible for a free reprint or refund.

Refund Process

Refunds will be handled by Printify and can be credited either back to your original payment method or to your account balance on their platform, depending on your preference.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that do not have manufacturing defects, such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or color ordered by the customer

Please review product details carefully before making a purchase to avoid any mistakes.

How to Report an Issue

For any problem with your order, please reach out to Printify’s customer support at their website with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo of the defect or damage

Printify will review the issue and resolve it accordingly with a reprint or refund.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not yet entered production.
